By Rail, Sunderland Station

By Bus
Buses to the Enterprise Park run every half hour from Park Lane Interchange and Holmside.

By Air
Newcastle Airport. Follow A696 southbound towards Newcastle and join the A1 southbound. Follow A1-A1(M) until Junction 65 and join the A1231 eastbound towards Sunderland.
